I was thinking a 3 inch lift kit (strut and body) the biggest rims and tyres possible, rubber flares, a snorkle, an engine upgrade (anything above 2 litres) a 3 inch exhaust ending in a trombone or a tuba (literally) and a fluro camo paint job(pink, orange and lime green).

that could possibly hide the failed styling job

it looks like a Hurst for animals in its present condition

I want my lunch back!!

What was it? A hearse? An attempt at a British look (in Japan)?
A one off? Result of in-breeding?
Would it look better in beige perhaps?

It's a factory built car that has a small fan base in Japan, I'd have one in a minute, they came out when all the Jap cars were going retro, Subaru did some pretty weird things on the domestic market.

What's wrong with them Giles?? that is Subaru designers at their best  Haven't you seen the original Tribeca?? hahahaha

I saw many of these in the flesh in Japan.. I thought they looked cool.. would have loved to see the sedan model stretched and in black paint
