Aren't straight through exhaust systems aloud in W.A? I drove into the Subway carpark today for lunch and when i went to leave noticed two cops in a police car parked behind me. I have no muffler on my Forester at the moment ;)
They just looked at me when I drove off. lol

they were probably too busy eating :)

in WA there is a decibel restriction on exhausts on all road registered vehicles, unless they have an exemption eg a rally vehicle or a road plant

^ Yeah its 82dB. I don''t know how loud my stock EJ20 N/A is without a muffler.... Thinking of just putting a straight pipe on the back and removing the muffler for good. Only thing that willl bother me is the drone on the highway :S
