another reminiscing Vortex salesman.....

Some time back Disco mentioned someone he'd met who used to sell the older Subies. Well, I got talking to a fellow who mentioned he used to sell Brumbies when they were new. So, I had to ask, what about the Vortex, did he sell them too?

Mate, he sold three white ones to a mixture of people, and a red one, to a woman whose husband said no...at first. HEE, HEE

Aparently Subaru had a sales bonus going at the time with the most points allocated to the hardest to sell - the Vortex with the RX not far behind.

He sold all them and an RX in the month got himself something like 8000 points and got a trip to Japan to tour the factory where he saw the XT6 . Gawd only knows how hard he'd have to work to sell them , firstly to Sub Oz, then the public !!
