350,000 km. "Needs turbo". Likely to need other repairs ? Like worth $10k ?

(I am a newb, so I am asking for the educational purpose.)

Yeah thats the problem. Auto's have no resale value in WRX's or STi's.

Has anyone actually driven an auto WRX?

They are actually quite good IMO - esp in heavy traffic.

Possibly one of the best autos ever made, most of the valve body is a direct copy from the nissan Gq patrol. with the aid of rear out put locking at the flick of a switch. I think you will find the fastest wrx runs an auto

Auto boxes can also take a lot more abuse than a manual box can. This is mostly because planetary gear-sets have three points of contact, plus the torque converter absorbs some of the shock loading between gears

Lack of pics = rough as guts
350,000km's = rough as guts
Auto = gay as AIDS.

I've got no doubt its a bitsa or stolen/reshell.

Andrew

Could be true...but some of my best buys thru the Trading Post (ebay, here, other forums) have been from people who could not describe thru lack of edumacation/time/CBF/angry wife/divorce to advertise properly - looking is free!
