that has taken a leap forward in conversion , first time in about three years. Removed the turbo water pipe from thermostat region, drilled and plugged hole with threebond and a 12mm welch plug, drilled and tapped more unneccessary water and vacuum sources.
It is to be NA LPG EA82T heads on NA block in a Brumby without chassis rail mods of any kind, so in NA LPG form in MY not so many vacuum ports are needed.
A thought struck me that I did not have it ready pre Xmas shutdown, so had to make sure I'd be ready for the swap - still not sure......
Been wanting to try this combo for some time now with turbo cams as well....getting a little bit closer.
A tip for anyone thinking of closing off a hole in a manifold - I found it far easier with a cleaner result to just drill hole to 10 or 12mm whatever suits and jam a welch plug in, instead of drill tap and plug with threaded object at hand.
Now , need to scrounge more 10 and 12mm plugs to stock for next time
