I'm not totally mechanical but checked battery too?
Then trace back to alternation that may have kicked the bucket... (I could be way off the mark, but being electrical like you suggest start at one end and work through to the other)

Replace that little module, it'll fire up first kick of the starter motor.

This thread has the list of vehicle make and models that use the same module

Cheers

Ive had modules die on me twice now, they both died , no spark meant no idle or just under 2000rpm. The first dead module got tricked back into life just enough to get home - avoiding a tow. Got tricked by my spark test tool somehow and roared into life. the second one, just sput, died, never to go again

Ok.. lets start from the top..

Did you replace anything before you started having the troubles?

Did you wash the engine bay with water at any stage? (please check under cap for moisture)

Did you replace the coil with the one to match your dizzy?

Please take a pic of the coil (and wiring) and post up.
