Agreed!

I really hope they go a different direction with the Libs and Outbacks, at present they are completely hideous

Yes, it looks like subaru has hit rockbottom with their styling and they are on the way up? I don't like these new rims they are bringing out either...

Can sort of see XV styling. It seems to have escaped the compulsory safety inspired highboy square on sides treatment

Can any photoshoppers offer a utility look of this ? And call it a GEN3 Brumby :)

It's because they're doing that crappy generic styling like other manufacturers.

All the subis now have similar headlights, grill etc etc. It's gay.

Yeah sadly, they've kinda blended into the background masses of generic SUV's with their line of Forries, Libs and outbacks. I still like the XV and the impreza hatches, even saw an impreza XV which was a bit more unique I thought.

Looks alright, still nothing on this though....
I'd buy an XV instead... too bad they aren't a 2.0l turbo in the XV.. considering my mothers one averages 6.0l to the 100km in a mix of highway and city driving it isn't too bad. Gotta look at the positives. Oh and it is a nice comfortable car :)

As an owner of a SH Forester, I must agree the superseded Forester looks much better. Same goes for the superseded Outback, I really liked the design of those.

And the next Forester looks like the current SH with a Mazda CX-5 or Mitsubishi ASX nose grafted on.

At least the SH is better than the current Libertys and Outbacks... the wagons especially look like an oversize hospital curtain over a frame, with holes cut for the windows. And the rear looks like they're holding their rear skirt in 'cos out of fear it's about to be blown up by the wind.
