I think you will find all L series bull bars are very different to the Brumby's/MY's bars.

I'd say they're smaller.

I do know the bits on the sides that wrap around to replace the bumper will be longer on a Brumby bullbar.

The mounts should be different also

I havent ever directly compared MY and L series bull bars side by side but do recall quite a number of posts from different people stating they are different at different times on this forum.

yes they are quite different. the L series bullbar has shorter sides and it wouldn't look right on a brumby or my way.

But i've seen the opposite done, that is, a brumby/my bullbar on an L series with the side that have been shorten.

The L series bull bar is wider than the front of the brumby, as mentioned has shorter side panels and the mount points are very different.

All that said, if you've found a bar you're really keen on and know someone with some good welding skills that's willing to do the work you can modify it.

If you put an MY bar on an L series you need to widen it, sometimes you can get away with shaving the side panels if they're thick enough. Then you have to re-do the mounts for it and hope that the "posts" are in the right spot for the lights!
