Hey evryone, i got a really stupid question but for some reason i have forgoten how to remove my tyrrs from my vortex. As most of the tyred are flat from sitting in one spot for over two years, i will need to pump them up so it will be easier for me to work on i.e getting under the car.
What i'm most confused about is that there are pins on the wheel themselfs, one i remove them do i have to replace them those pins?
Any help would be great becauae i need to fix this issue before i go back to work on monday.
Thanks guys.

You mean you have to remove the hubs and not just the tyres??
If you're just removing the tyres leave the castle nut alone (big one in the centre of the hub) and do the 4 wheel nuts...
But with a question like this I wonder if your mates have put up a bit of a prank.
And it is best practise to replace the pins. But if they're in serviceable condition I don't see an issue with using them again.
Cheers

Thanks for the reply guys, i'll make sure i don't leave the phone unlocked around with my friends when i'm writing a post,
But the question i wasn't sure about was for the pin for the hub, but its all good now and not to worry i do know how to remove tires, jack it up and then undo the nuts and the rest is simple.
Thanks again and hope you guys had a good laugh from this post

You can leave the log in details saved. Possible explanation. Conspiracy more likely.steptoe wrote:So ...you claiming your mates posted this one on your username before it timed out ??
Well, they also got onto your XTsubaru account as well with same unusual question
Maybe some password security updates ??
