Hi and Welcome hulk1982 :)

Have you had a look on Gumtree? There is plenty of wheels with tyres on there. You'll need to find ones with the 5x100PCD stud pattern. Like niterida has mentioned, all Liberty (including Outbacks), Impreza (including WRX but not STi), Forester, even the new BRZ (and Toyota 86) have the 5x100PCD stud pattern. The only other car that has this same pattern with similar offset, is the Toyota Camry. Remember though, there are aftermarket rims available that have multi-stud pattern.

If you search 5x100 on gumtree, you'll get a good range of wheels and tyres available.

Do you know if they have the same centre bore?

Not sure off hand but I know when I brought my first Gen1 Liberty wagon (now owned by Suba) that it had these Camry 5 spoke wheels on it. I never had that close of a look to see :(
