Hey guys,
Just wondering what oil you would recommend for an EJ20G with 220,000kms on the clock. Never worked on anything newer then a Brumby, is there anything to watch for changing the oil on a modern forced induction car? (Well, more modern then a Brumby)

Also, the McIntosh system has jammed, has anyone repaired one of these? Apparently they are not too difficult to fix, something to do with a spring in the platter coming undone and jamming the CD stacker. I know it's been done before just of someone knew of the link to a good write up to get the job done.

I'm also going to install the anycar 1080b unit to give me blutooth streaming and phone calls but I'm not sure if this will render my CD stacker unusable...

Castrol Edge 15 - 60 fully synthetic and change it every 5,000 - 7,000 KL as your K's are getting a little high.

I would have thought an 03 would be a EJ205 not an EJ20 but nothing to really look for that you wouldn't look for on any other car.

Look on NAISOC for info on the stereo.

Ej20G was only early WRX and RS liberty turbo motors. GT liberty could be Ej205 or 207.
