Did ausubaru.com ever have stickers made for members' cars?

Someone did, many many moons ago.
One of us WA guys had special WA versions made up once too.
Best way to get one now would be to make up a batch yourself I think :)

Any original image files around? I'd be happy to enquire about getting a short run printed but faaaark designing them again.

Have you tried to contact Brett (Outback Bloke)? I'm sure he would have the original design

NT Logo ...

Post by Bantum » Sun May 04, 2014 11:43 pm

Did this one for AUSubaru NT some time ago :

Image

Note : That would be the NT state emblem - so you can substitute your State or Territory emblem over it ... ;)
The other Star formation is the Southern Cross ...

Might redo a text only in a single banner style ... ;)

just measured my OffroadSubarus sticker, thats 600x50mm. 50mm would prob be the max height for the windscreen...

this would be great without the flower lol

Maybe do the badge in the traditional horizontal stars format. Would look great

All looking great so far! It's not that expensive/difficult to get a hundred or so stickers made up is it? Probably a run of each design would make everyone happy :)

Don't forget those of us with tonneu covers on our utes! mine covers the bottom 1/3rd of the window so a full window height sticker would be no good. I like the last ones from Jonny T and Bantum.
Will it ever end!?

Stickers ...

Post by Bantum » Mon May 05, 2014 10:30 pm

I would like one of each type please ... :) ( Mine of course )

P.S. - Don't forget that the banner can also be done just as individual letters or with a clear background + cut down to suit your application ... ;)

I have the original file for the banner which was done in illustrator, unfortunately the badge is not & is low resolution, so would need to be redone ... :(

Cheers, Bantum ...

I got a few quotes to get some vinyl cut UV resistant stickers of Bantum's text only design.
580mm wide would come to about $8 each.
280mm wide would come to about $5 each.

They would be vinyl cut lettering. Once applied each part would stand as a separate sticker so there was no hazy clear section to obstruct vision. UV resistant and meant for car applications.

Prices I've mentioned above would be for a single sticker assuming a print run of 50 stickers, each posted by snail mail. I have given the above costs with a rough "break even" point of around 40 stickers sold, which I feel would be the maximum would sell.
They get cheaper the more you buy (obviously) but I just don't think there are enough members here that would buy that many and the initial outlay starts getting scary...

What do other members think?
