MY11 - Foresters? Thoughts

Hey guys, my parents are looking at getting rid of their 04 X-trail and getting a suby! They're currently Looking at a 2011 Forester (MY11, X S3) Manual with 50k on the odometer.
Just wondering is there any known problems that have come up with these models? Done a bit of googling and haven't seen anything major, but figured this is the place to check!
I know when i was looking at getting my GEN3 outback a few years back the things to look for was centre diff, dual mass flywheel problems etc. With the L-series it was the CV joints. Anything fail prematurely with the later model forrys or too early to tell?
