Down towards the bottom, subaru wagon. I think it was probably from a few years ago. I definitely didn't take those pics.

I am guessing we are talking about the 84 MY Touring wagon.
I have to ask, as someone who has seen way too much of an MY Touring wagon roof (liable to wake up with cold sweats any day now from horror dreams) from the inside and the outside how is the sun roof fitted when there should be a roof cross channel running across the car right through the middle of the sun roof ?
When I saw the channel in my roof I thought I would have to put away any thoughts of fitting one.

I dont know whats been done Cliff, I never installed it. No doubt they just cut thru the support channel without a thought.

Thanks Doug, I think I will need have to keep researching before I even consider hacking a roof cross channel out.

I will have a look into it for you. They went to the effort to re-trim the roof liner so maybe they put some thought into structural integrity as well.
