Steering wheel repairs.

Post by Gazza01 » Mon May 25, 2015 2:23 pm

I had trouble some time back getting a RWC because the outer rubber on the rim of the steering wheel was loose. I've still got the steering wheel, and its a really good original Brumby steer/wheel apart from the loose rubber rim. Any of you guys out there know how I can inject some adhesive compound into the rim to make it nice and firm again.

what about some sort of solvent trickled in from the back to melt the two things back together rather than a glue ? Heat gun on its backside maybe ?
