One can dream. At least one person here has something quite similar to that.

The ultimate EA81 would probably be the Sub4, which can have up to 200hp.

Looks like either a late Amal or Mikuni carb on the sub4

Last I saw, they were considerably more than a wrecker price.
Not that you would try and fly an EA82 powered Subaru, although there have been some relatively close calls :-)
L serious, still.

There is always this seeing as Sub4 is long gone.

They seem to make a nice EA81 Upgrade head with a claimed and likely 20% more power and that would increase with the right carburetion and exhaust system.

You could always fit a supercharger as I did.
Got a Delorto side draft and a Toyota SC12. Made up my own manifolds. forget water injection it only complicates things.

Recalibrate your disty. 100+ HP ATW as shown on the dyno. Tuning was an issue. The set up was "draw through". If I had gone the other way - it would have been much better.

But the sheer enjoyment of lifting the front wheel of my trike when changing the auto from 1st to second at 40kph will remain in my memory till well into the aged care days lol

Have a read. showthread.php?t=23606&highlight=tweety+sc12

There are a few more threads on the topic.
