sorry
Yep, sorry.
As you all know I've had mt ea81 sorted well after its full rebuild.
Soo, now its like a brand new engine. So there is nothing to say. It is just going without issues and likely be this way for 30 years.
Sorry, I have nothing to report.

Well that's good news, everything worked out well in the end eh?
Too bad there's no regular status reports on the forum anymore...in fact there's hardly anything on the forum lately

I think this sites reduced use and participation may be due to reduced numbers of MY and L's on the road . This site has had a strong old stuff membership in the past.
And, maybe due to some members buying up a lifetime supply of old Subarus - that is less member potential for starters. One man with twenty subes can only drive one at a time

A sad truth I guesssteptoe wrote:I think this sites reduced use and participation may be due to reduced numbers of MY and L's on the road . This site has had a strong old stuff membership in the past.
Time marches on, rust sets in I've seen at least a few MY's or Brums at wreckers around here that looked like they used to be offroad warriors in years past. Now falling apart from rust and years of abuse.

Maybe we need to re-invoke the passion.
A new thread, why Subaru? What's your project?
Send us some pics of your beast? DIY's, I know they take time, but they will be searched and read and retread if they are good. Maybe I'll start one!

Wife, 'Oh that's nice, it can be our sons first car'
Me, 'Yes I will make it strong and safe' ...and fast, but there is no way a 17 year old is going to drive it.
