Hey guys,
i've got an 89 L series DL wagon with 2" lift and am looking to buy some new kybs for it.
Do they only make one type of strut for the L because i remember 90subiewgn saying he had a set of front kybs that made the car lower so i was wondering what the best ones for 4wdriving would be? Has anyone else had that happen?
any info or part numbers would be great. What sort of price should i be expecting to pay for a set all round?
cheers
Sam

no idea on part numbers tho
head into a parts place and they should be able to work it out for you

Alex was unfortunate enough to be supplied incorrectly with 2wd ones. That's why they were lower.
Get the correct part numbers as above and you will be the propper beefcake ones

Coventrys sell Standard King Springs for $138 a pair for both front and back.......didn't have a listing for "Heavy Duty"?
Just looked at teh King Springs web site and it to has only standard (KSRS-03 *) is it just the case that these standard springs are a bit more heavy duty than the original springs?

yes the king springs are abit more heavy duty, if you compare the guage of the coil, the king are a fair bit fatter..and they are heaps stiffer..
