Correct valve clearance

Looking for correct valve clearance for 2L non turbo DOHC 16valve motor been told 0.06 to 0.08 inlet and 0.08 to .010mm exhaust but the service manual states 0.19mm inlet and 0.35mm exhaust which of these is correct I set them to 0.06 and 0.10 but car idles good but after 3000rpm breaks down is the clearance to small.the motor is out of a 2008 Subaru Impreza EJ204LP1MB GE7
