hello all , i’m up for a new clutch in my subaru 04 liberty h6 engine and was wondering what type clutch ,specific / brand is best choice and where would i find best retailer to purchase from thanks yall

Personally I’ve only swapped in a fresh clutch disc unless the pressure plate has exploded (happened once!). I usually look at Exedy for a replacement clutch. I’ve only ever had one and it’s going well behind the EJ22

If you’re paying a mechanic they’ll probably want to use a whole kit to ensure you don’t come back with a complaint about the clutch. They’ll most likely have their sources for the kit at a better price than you could get without using eBay. Best to have a chat with them and go from there
