Turbo outback

Howdy, does anyone know of any outbacks that have been turbo'd, reason being I am thinking of doing mine ( 98 manual ) and want to know what is involved and where to start with the hording of parts.

its easy get a turbo front cut for the same model, swap and your done

I'd go the 1/2 cut route too.
Cheaper and easier in the long run, make sure you get the diff, wiring harness and ECU.

Is yours the quad cam motor (Gen 2, BD/BG)?
If it is, I wouldn't boost that without atleast changing the headgaskets (fairly common to go on that motor).
