Easy question, Do all new ej subaru use the same pannel filter?

Nah.. but If you're talking about 2nd Gen liberty - Only one thing I can tell you that its same filter as Commodore.

EJ engines to 98 had the same filter then they moved them to the back of the engine bay at the throttle body.
