For some crazy reason, I like the fact that subaru's have frameless windows. Why have they moved away from that with the new Forester, Tribeca and WRX?
cheers

To make em more rigid... I love lazily swinging my arm over the door (when window down) when I open it.

And probabily also for the side impact curtain airbags. I also agree with the frameless window, love them!

Yep, frameless rocks. They are a bit noisy at high speed though.

Frameless has been around since 1970s, loved it! Always love people's impression "oh no frame etc" blah... have bad habit getting other people's cars ending up bruises on my shoulders.
Cheers

love frameless . i fixed road wind by untwining telstra rope and putting 1 wind in the rubber between the body and the rubber does me. i hate noises in my cars squeckes n rattles i mean.

hmmm... It seems we're all enthusiasts about the Subaru not because of its off road capabilities, comfort (etc ;)).. but just because of the frameless windows haha.
