oh no!

I was just reading about its progress on toymods...
all the best with its speedy recovery... Thomas had his stolen L Turbo recovered fairly intact, so lets hope they're only joyriders, and they give it back...

For some good news, it was spotted in the Gilmore area of Canberra about 5:30 this afternoon doing a great deal of knots, so maybe, just maybe, its just joyriders & they'll dump it somewhere & realise it's too good to torch.
Smoov, thanks for editing your post. Beer's on me next time I see you

Glad to hear it's still intact, and I do hope its returned back to its rightful owner, with its HG thats not a BHG

(love the BHG Racing on the back window!!

Just a quick update.
The tool who stole this car is still driving it around. It was seen 3 times on the weekend, including one place I was at less than 30mins later
At least its still in one piece.
It now wears ACT plates & Falcon steel wheels.

I hope they're apprehended soon!

IT HAS BEEN RECOVERED!!!!
Apparently its in pretty good nick.
Not sure if the bastard who took it was caught or not, but the owner is STOKED (understatement of the century)
To anyone who spent their time looking, you are legends.

Someone has been taken into custody. Not sure if charges have been made or not yet, but its a pretty sure bet.
The damage to the car consisted of
busted driver's door lock
slight dent in front bumper
bald rear tyres (but they weren't the mags anyway)
and a very bad whine in the diff (suspect crown wheel or pinion on they're way out)
The original alloys & number plates were recovered.
