Not if you want to join the club convoy, which is excusively Subie (club rules due to getting sponsorship from Subaru Australia and dealers).

Club events generally wrap up early, so maybe continue the Ausubaru festivities into the evening?

I'm a maybe at this stage. That weekend is one of the rare occasions that most of my uni mates are in the same place at the same time, so might be catching up with them instead.

GOD seeing as you've started the thread I'd recommend editing the opening post and starting a running list of "People who are coming". Just add names to the list when they post and say they are coming. Easy for ppl to follow that way.

I was wondering about the adverts in the newsletter. Back when my parents were members we were had to use a bloody lada niva for a few months and we were allowed to go on trips still, as TEC. But that was about fifteen years ago, so I guess things have changed. Its good they got sponsorship from Subaru haha!
Living in Canada now. Looking at all these SVXs for sale...

Well me car seems to run OK so I'm pretty sure I'm coming unless something goes wroong at the last minute. The EJ22 brumby was started for the first time 2day and ran ok. We still have some minor work on to do on it and them take it for a few drives to determined if it can make it so that's 50% sure. And the second brumby still needs a cv. But should be found and installed ready for the 22 so that's 90% sure:)

Was someone able to call that guy?

I wonder how they feel about vehicle modifications. I hear they are pretty strict on legalities etc.

One of their rules for coming on trips is
"Your car must be safe, roadworthy and insured."

Apparently Dave's Hatchy was considered way too modded a couple of years ago and he wasn't welcome. (that was before the supercharger too). It was basically just 3" lifted with EJ22.
