Last time I did my L series front CVs I went to Outer Control. It was easy for me because they deliver to my work. I recall I got exhange full shafts for $250 about 1 year ago

Couldn't you get a new shaft for less than that?? I got two front shafts for $175 each including GST ;)

Does this include removal and fitment? Which rear boot? If its an outer they'd probably do both as you need to remove the inner boot to do the outer one - if you're using the proper boots and not the generic "stretch over everything and clamp in" type.

I'll keep hunting around.

Front inner boot was $110. rear outer only was $190. I thought Cv's were about 200ish complete.

i once had an inner front replace for like $40. Including the boot (when i cbf doing it myself)

190 is a jip off. which is weird, allens are usually cheap and do a good job!
