i wouldnt mind seen what the tracks like 1st before i take the sti down. also i think the 1st few weeks will be hella busy

I think you will find that the track is a long black thing ,bit smoother than it was originally but you get the idea.
As far as being busy ,it's allways busy there :).

i was going to head down tomorrow, but it looks like the weather is no good. So i'll probably try and go next week. 3rd oct.

trying to beat my 13.6.. i think i should be able to as i have added a FMIC and about 3psi of boost since then.

i think ill wait till the big boys run down a few times and mess up the track. dont really wanna go for gearbox brake #6 not as cheep as a 5sp :P

6sp seems to be a fair bit slower down the 1/4 too.

haha, yeah the little red gemini that a few people on here have seen in the pines is one of those. Sounds like an EFI V8 now :) Just need to finish replacing the diff, broke it after 10 mins of driving, and might be able to get down there tonight. Scrutineering will be interesting to say the least!

My 6spd sti would bust out 13.2s all the time and that was stock

hmm .. ok maybe i was wrong .. i thought being able to cross the line in 3rd (around 160-170kms/hr) would be an advantage.

i'd get a 13.2 with a 1.8 60ft and top speed of 169.00kph in 5th


i'd even beat cars that would run a 12.8s and 13 flats at 178kph odd, cuz if i went a split sec before them off the line i got shorter gears i'd get up to speed quicker. Yeah they'd start to gain a bit at the end but its to late i'm allready over the line, but they were rx3s n rx7s n V8s and stuff with taller gears n more pull at the top end.

But yall know the saying "It dosent matter if you win by and inch or a mile, winings wining :p

yeah the 1.8 60ft would be an advantage of the 6spd i guess..

mines around 2.1 .. but mines a heavier car too..

Hahaha yeah the 1.8 60 foot is rev limit then slip ya foot off to the right and smack it into 2nd :p
