4x4 tyres sold out in perth

Post by Cam » Thu Apr 03, 2008 2:27 pm

Ringing around today, most the tyre places seemed to hav discontinued stocking or ordering 27" nankangs anymore, or so they tell me. Any one know where i can get some? Even the kuhmos have a long waiting list not to mention the price.

Nup none @ stockist,

Apparently best bet is from over east, or bulk order of 50 tyres from factory pre pay. I'll keep searching.

Was hoping to get the nankangs as they seem to be one of the better tyres, might be wrong,

Found them in vic for 100 each which is pretty good but postage makes it a killer, almost $300 for 5 tyres...

Pm sent Gx_rex...

the nankangs are great. But theyre soft and seam to wear out rather quickly.

BFG's might cost twice the price, but they WILL last double as long, if not WAY longer. And they have a better offroad tread and thicker sidewalls etc etc.

The state distributor is out of nankangs and not expecting any in for at least 6 months. Got that straight from the horses mouth pretty much.
