I thought about it but the missus veto'd it because she said it was ugly and no way in hell was that coming to our house - some people just have no taste :-)

errr No - why would you hope it is going to a good home if it is you who bought it.

Now if u had said "It IS going to a good home :D " or something similar then i might have twigged.

But either way I only have 2 words to say : YOU BASTARD

Enjoy....

That's gold! you should have taken your wife for a test drive in it to show here the character of the classic 80's "spaceship" subaru

Coupe, glad you found a good home for it!

Only sold when the money transfers :)

Niterida - does your missus apply that rule to your friends (as well as hers) regarding ugly?

The ugly draws the curiouser out of me on these cars. When I finally saw mine in the flesh at the transport yard they'd parkd her out the back with some Korean POS. It was parked on a slope (no racial jokes please!) wheels turned and was covered in transport grim. All four aspects made it lok so more uglier than I thought. Saw the lines on the boot lid and thought "didn't see them before, ERK" All I can say is it is amazing what a wash and polish can do - and a set of fat 15"s
