i know u have a thing against welded diffs but i promise u this was not the immediate cause dave. i was offroad when it happened.
i just jammed it from first to reverse too quick- to try and use momentum - but it just went crunch where i was stopped in the bogy sand.

possibly all the abuse it took from brendans welded on the road all the time had some play in it tho.

its soooo annoying for me now coz its only been in like 3 weeks and i have to do another gearbox swap

old box was kinda hammered to bits and etc

he wuld still have to take out the box and put one back so maybe he can get another one in and in his spare time swpa reverses over :p if that takes his fancy
then he can have his own spare box

thats if its not hard to do

yeh i kinda had to grind off the selectors in the old box to even get it open so i dunno if i could even do it if i wanted to.
\btw the intoxication levels had nothing to do with it. i was fully in control

its a good little spot (havent really used it for the last few years), just dont want to flog it to death or the rangers will kick up a fuss. the calm lady seems happy long as we 'stick to the rules' going up via main tracks and always exit via far right.
