Is anyone from or around the peel region that has some decent areas / tracks they can recommend for taking my suby.

I will have company so it can be anywhere withing the fun to extreme category and we can help recover each other.

preferably looking for some 4wd tracks. I have a lifted L series and i like to push its boundries. I would go a fair way and do some camping but I am sure there would be some fairly descent tracks around Dwellingup / Harvey / Serpentine / Jarrahdale ect

I recently did a trek down to Karri Valley. We stayed at the lodge, but did a day trek out into the D'Entrecasteaux National Park.
You can take a turn off (i cant remember the road of the top of my head, but let me know if you want more info) that is signed - Lake Jasper. The beginning is a pretty simple gravel track, but it quickly turns boggy, with steep rutted inclines & declines.
You can actually camp at Lake Jasper (being 4wd only there wasnt anybody there at all when we went) with the track eventually leading down onto the beach, where there is some good driving (very soft sand, and only my wife and 4month old son we didnt end up going on) and I would expect some even better fishing.

this sounds like a very fimiliar trip mike ey??!!

i can vouch for this trip..we did the section between black point all the way through to jasper beach and up to lake jasper... awesome trip highly reccomended. we did it last year with a few of the suby guys on here

down there u also have the options of the sand dunes and heaps more tracks and stuff down there...

D'Entercaustux National park has a LOT to offer

That is the one i was thinking of dave, it is a great trip but you need min 2 days.
