Hi Guys,
Sorry for the short notice but anyone interested in coming fishing/4WDing this weekend please post below so we can all meet up and go as a team.
Looking to leave either Friday night or Saturday morning

If we decide to leave Friday night and you can't come till Saturday just pm me and I'll give you my mobile number and we'll let you know whereabouts we are.
Hope you can make it
Cheers,
Paul

wish i could this weekend. We were up there last week. Beaches after narrow neck are awesome atm, great fishing with some nice gutters.
i would recommend taking the tracks until you pass narrow neck. Its super boggy there at the moment and its not worth the risk of getting stuck, as there are afew parts that cut down to and thru the water for afew meters. Getting stuck there will see the ocean gobble up the car very quickly.
other than that its great apart from the massive fire that wiped the area out last week. Will post some pics tonight

I like using Narrows anyway, good place to let your tyres down and suss out the beach
2 weekends in a row never hurt anyone

would love to come but my engine isn't up to the challenge if it isn't knocking at the lifters it is clunking off the camshaft
Ive heard of ea81 motors having stuck lifters before but this one must be just about sideways

Yes (big sigh shakes head) when I have an engine that works well enough to actually pull the skin of a custard then I will show you how to get lost in the woods

until then PJ (my brumby) must be content with bitumen
(maybe I should install pedals)
