ladies and gents,

i thought id try organise something for all of us to catch up and have a yarn/bevvys and share you subaru 4x4 experiences etc etc.

i found a shitload of old photos of my wagon out and about with various wa members since about 2006 last night and it got me thinking.

im sure it would be nice for all the old members to meet new members. Also for old members to catch up with old members.....you know what i mean!

people can bring along a dvd/hard-drive full of their photos and stuff and we can watch the old ausubaru dvd that subarino chucked together so professionally afew years ago.

just an idea in the pipelines. I know some of us wa boys and girls have had fallings out and other shinanagance but ultimately the majority of us are mates who share the same passion for our cars.

opinions/ideas??

i have some pictures, ... before and after shots (from first bought to now) i could share and if 4wding happens before we meet up there should be some video too.... i have a digital cam corder that should have some video by then.

But it would be a great opportunity for new and old members to meet, say at city beach or south perth foreshore .... both good photo ops and both locations have BBQ's ect

Also i would like to share ideas about future events and modifications to cars.... is there an annual general meeting?, where events and ideas are shared? im new so i don't know if these things happen, also is there a W.A leader appointed? in car clubs i have been involved in before, having a state leader proved to be very helpful, especially when events and meetings were concerned.

probably opening a massive kettle of worms but meh. had to ask

This isn't a car club. It's a bunch of people with similar cars who visit a website. If you have an idea for a trip/event/mod, put it forward and consider yourself the leader.

but yeah im new and it is good to try and find these things out.

would enjoy a meet and greet. met a few ppl once but would be sweet to watch some old footage etc etc

yep im keen. ive got BULK ausubaru footage

at this stage im willing to give up my cinema room at my place but we need a tad more interest. Spesh from the older guys also.

Like i said it should be pretty easy if everyone just chucks their stuff on a hard drive or dvd i can hook it strait to my laptop and to the projector.

Maybe we could encorporate all this into a cruise or something. Ideas please fellas.
