Posted: Sun Jun 19, 2011 1:19 pm
For anyone keen for some sand and hills this will be a fun day trip.
Looking to head out this sunday the 26th of june, meeting in joondalup at the caltex opposite the shopping centre about 9.30 am aiming to leave by about 10am.
Please confirm your intention to attend on here by friday preferably, or to myself Adrian on 0424 723 558
will most likely cook up a sausage sizzle for lunch, so bring meat, and rolls for yourself, i'll bring stove, pans, utensils, sauce etc, an extra sotve and pans wouldnt hurt if we get a good attendance.
Please make sure you fill your tank. Bring 2-3 Litres of Drinking water.
bring snacks or lollies to get yourself thru the day, the sugars help keep you focused while driving.
Bring a UHF if you can to make it a safer trip.
Recommended Recovery Grear:
Shackles
Snatch Strap 6000-6500t rating
Recovery Bridle
Gloves
Recovery Tracks - Xtrax/Maxxtrax/or homemade equivalent
Tyre Gauge -We will let our tires down, most likely to around 10-14 psi, even 8psi if need be.
Reliable Compressor
Tools/coolant/jack etc.
Hope to see a few guys out there:)
