Hi Gang
Im chasing a 85/ 86 injected manifold for my vortex.
We were doing a engine build and change using a later model 4 plug engine. We got the later manifold off which was interesting due to the old rusted third manifold bolt on one end. We had to use a jack and a long bar to remove the manifold then weld a large nut to the broken bolt and super heat it when welding to release the bolt. But when we tried to remove the earlier 3 plug manifold off the original motor we coped the snapped off manifold bolt routine on both ends. Now we are having to see what our options are in removing the manifold.
Cheers Pete

Hey Pete.. drop on into the shop. I'm sure there's a manifold or 2 that you can play with. I've also got a EA82T complete (I mean whole car complete) that you can buy when I strip it out. It was an RX sedan running gear fitted into a wagon.
You know you are getting old when the candles on your birthday cake start to cost more than the cake itself.

Woohoo
Thanks Paul.
But we got lucky today.
We got the bloody manifold off today with brute force and danglely bits lol.
The motor went in 2 hours later and now its bolting everything back on and see what happens.
Cheers Pete
