I'd like to offer my 83 Brumby for sale to members, as i'd like her to go to someone who will appreciate her.
1983 183,500 genuine klms. never been bush bashed or even off road. 3 owners since new, all residing in the S.W of W.A. Dual range 4WD, has had a lot of TLC in the time i've had her. I've replaced CV's, ball joints, reconed brake calipers, and full clutch replacement. Fitted with a weber carb for my infrequent trips to Perth, but i still have the original carbie and air filter. The weber makes a huge difference on long trips, with a good improvement in power. It's not rusty or dented, very neat interior, and is licensed til 2014. Always been garaged since i've owned her. HAS ROO BAR (added since photo taken)
No air or P/S

Why am i selling?

Well im, 64 years young, but it's time to hang up my tools, and getting a bit creaky (me not the car) love to see her go to someone outside Busselton, so i don't cry everytime i see her. if genuinely interested please PM me.
Apologies to mods if i've posted in the wrong section, but i thought it relevant to W.A
Asking $2500

Cheers Rick

Wow, very, very tidy at a very nice price. If I had the $$ I'd be there in a flash.

Brumby for DD and a Brumby for display and show would be tops. 8)

Thanks 60,
There's a lot of high priced rubbish on gumtree, and you know what people are like when it's time to shell out for a car. I thought the price is a fair one.

Too right! You don't see any this age in this condition - looks like it's been hiding on a showroom floor somewhere!

You'll find a buyer, might just have to wait it out for a little bit. In the mean time keep up the good up keep ;)

Cheers

Bennie

Thanks El Freddo,
Yeh, she just sort of sits in the garage most of the time these days. I've had people approach me and ask me if i I wanted to sell her, but wasn't interested at the time. You know what they're like, want to pay nothing.

Damnit. If I was still in Australia I'd be all over that. Of course it'd get an electric conversion... haha
