Brumby chrome strips

Post by Subydoug » Sat Jul 20, 2013 10:32 pm

Hey,

Friend of mine sold his brumby but still has these sitting in his shed.

Donno what most people consider good or bad condition so Il just label them as average. They have a few dents in them and one spot has what looks like old gaffa tape stuck on it. Unfortunately no tail gate strip. Make an offer if interested. They were heading for the trash when I caught them.

I wasn't sure if there was demand for them and I though Id seen in some people chasing them in the past. Worth saving I though.

No worries Toonga, Il work out a time to bring them down.

Bantum, I don't think his brumby had the tailgate bits :(. When we looked around his unit the only parts found were the long lengths along the bed and the parts that go up and around the tray lip over the cab.

Doug

There's a bidding war going on, so not sure how much it will end up going for - $ 200 + easy ... :(

Ciao, Bantum ...

I priced a complete set of these a while ago at a wrecker in Perth. the ones on Ebay are still cheaper ($192.50) and in way better condition, Im thinking people will be prepared to dig deep for this set.
