RC drifting

gday boys and girls.

just thought it'd be a good idea for those in the area to come and have a look at round 1 of the 2007 ausdrift.net RC drifting event. Its a good thing to watch. Who knows? It might even make you buy one :D anyway, heres the flier to it. if not, below is a link to a site of videos of our sessions.

Electric? You almost had me thinking about going....

Any nitro class at all? You know, for the real RC's.

nitro isn't used for a number of reasons:

- its too loud
- its too fast to judge, and even if it were on ABS tyres it'd still be totally different
- the angle and speed for electric are more realistic and scale, and can be judged way better.

just come down for a look-see around 12. if you don't like what you see, so-be-it, go have some off-road fun. BUT, if you like it, stay, ask about it, talk to people about it. its one of the reasons why its happening.
