Gooralong is Jarrahdale... Dwellingyup is in the other direction.

Last i was there... YES Dwellingyup was still open... Far to huge of a camping area for them to close.

Gooralong is closed... i know of back roads in. Closest legal place to camp is Glen Eagle... 20 mins drive East of Gooralong.

Are you trying to work out places u can get a car too once u sell the brumby??

Just letting you know Dwellingup is open....we were there this weekend, went in on Dawn Creek Rd and camped about 5km upstream from Christmas Creek.

Drove in on Friday night and found one deep puddle where the headlights dissapeared underwater momentarily, was driving the wife's forrester.

Don't know the gps but hopefully this link works.

I couldn't do a proper destination/route thing as it does not recognise the dotted tracks on teh side of teh river we were on.

The camp should fit 4 big tents at the top of the bank and 1 on the lower part next to teh river. There are two smaller camps within a few hundred metres up stream too.

Have a good weekend........we are off to Karri Valley and will be at the Yeagerup Dunes on Sunday with the Forrester and the Outback.
