Just finished packing up and cleaning the car. Thanks to everyone for a great weekend. Had a great time and was very happy with how the Lib went. Looking forward to the pics of it towing out the Brumby and MY all in one go. LOL Hope today went well without any more breakages.

Had a stop at a mates block at Cradle Mt, he has a bit of a mud run circuit which has so far claimed a Pajero and Landcruiser, needless to say I gave it a go and went back and forth through the hard bit, apart from getting fairly covered in mud it was a breeze. All good fun.

Yes, although not as big a task as it may seem. It was due to the MY getting stuck, the Brumby tried to snatch it out and got stuck aswell so I jumped onto the front of the "Train" and with momentum pulled them both to a point where they could then move themselves. It helped that I had a slight downhill on my side whereas they had to go slightly up.

You saved the day Ian, I was very very stuck!!
Looking forward to the piccy's and the vids

Found the track onto ocean beach, don't know how we missed it! We convoyed along at a fair speed down to hells gates then into strahan, the gx imprezza included. Pretty easy going once on the beach, mainly due to the good weather.

Also bent a ford radius rod slightly later sunday afternoon, just to add to all the other damage.

i made it about half a dozen corners out of strahan before a shock went pop from where it started rubbing

did the ol remove the shock entirely trick we had all learned from will earlier in the trip, and had a very slow trip home
