Anyone know if we can get the following mods certified/engineered on a brumby...
5 Stud Brake Kit
Chassis Rail Mods for DOHC
EJ22 or EJ25
EJ AWD Gearbox
And obviously all the little bits associated with these mods.
Or if anyone can point me in the way of a friendly engineer who wont just tell me to bugger off, that would be great.

Yes I'm sure there is plenty of information on the forum, but that doesn't tell me specific to Tasmania being state based laws as well as the ADR.
I am planning to do it myself hence why I would like to talk with an engineer or someone who has done the mods before and got them certified in Tasmania so I can find out specifics on what I have to do.
Cheers

Yeah the best thing you can do is talk to the engineer and know what is allowed and whats not.
I just got my turbo conversion engineered and had no hassles. But it was all 'bolt in' modifications which made it easy.

Prunes my mate, go see Al in Perth (the real Perth just south of Launceston)
Big Al it is I think.
Has a workshop on the main drag.
He has certified 3 wrx to brumby swaps and loves them.
Bloody Lego was the term he used.
I will try to dig up his number but you should find him easily.
The RSLC boys told me about him.
Have fun amigo.
