Yeah theres a wrecker in moonah with an 03 model fozzie unfortunately i'm sure they are 16" wheels on the newer models. Why is it so hard to find forresters in the wreckers ? I am also trying to suss out an older model fozzie 97 onwards for a few parts, I'll keep trying.

You are right Tasscube, mine are 16's and the wreckers (Sunspares Qld) want an arm and a leg for them too.

P.S.The ones pictured in the OP are off an X and not like my 03 XS below.

16s are always popping up on ebay.
Well checked out the wreckers, they had two 15" rims but they are both buckled. (rims sat on the side that must of rolled or something) The spare and the two to the other side have gone.

Sorry guys have a habit of not checking these forums daily, the moonah wreckers had an 03 (ex govt i think) wrecking some time ago, have spoken with the owner today as I am chasing a replacement clock, which just died out of the blue, he advises me he has some older fozzies in another yard so I will wait and see tomorrow.

Tasscube have a look at this link and see if you want to attempt the job, ya got nothing to lose and a working clock to gain, a lot of other Foz owners have done this repair with success.

Thanks subyroo I wish I had read this on the weekend now !! as the other half drives off into the city with scuby, this does seem a common problem as the wrecker here in hobart had plenty of fozzies wrecked but none with clocks !! i know this is off the topic but anyway I can weild a soldering iron so I will give it a crack soon. I should check this other site more often. thanks again. :D

I know this is off the subject but tried this thread and soldered my fozzie clock and its working like a treat. Great stuff, was quoted $115 for a new one at the local sube dealer, so gotta be happy with that.
