cat converter heat sheild rattle

i dont know if other subies have this but the rattle in my exaust is apparently the heat shield above the cat. mechanic said i should just get it cut off. anyone in tas know who to go to?? someone cheep prefferably

better yet use the catless headers that were on the brown car and all will be good!
