gen 2 outback starting problem

ehy all im having problems with my 98 outback i go to start it in the mornig and its a bit doughy to start but starts,then i get to work and turn it off,at lunch time i get in and drive it home turn it off have lunch for 30 mins and go to get back in but no start it cranks over fine but no go,i get a lift back to work then come home after work and its starts can someone throw some ideas my way please!!!!!!!!!!

starter motor is stuffed. Have a search. D3v4l dave had identical prob with identical car last week.

different problem alex...his cranks but motor doesnt start

do you guys know where the fuel pump relay is in this model cause ive looked in the owners manual and i cant find it,im thinking it might be a relay, im waiting for it to play up again so i can check the fuel pressure and the spark when its playing up
by the way do you know what the flow rate for the fuel pump should be and the fuel pressure is spose to be

fuel pump relay is under the drivers side dashboard... its in a cluster of relays, as for pressure i dont know sorry

hey guys found out that when the car was playing up and wouldnt start it had no spark and it was the crank angle sensor at fault and it was logging a code for when it wouldnt start.thanks for the info guys
