Hey guys,
Can anyone suggest the most common cause of a non functioning cruise control? The dash switch clicks correctly and the switch light comes on. But when the steering wheel lever is operated there is no cruise.
Any ideas?

An issue with the clock spring setup between the steering wheel and the steering column?
Got any check engine or abs lights? Sometimes the ECU will disable the cruise when these are lit up. Have a read in your owner’s manual if you’ve got it and follow the things to check in there. Hopefully it doesn’t just say take it to a service department.
Hopefully it’s an easy fix!
