Ok don't panic, we can work through this.

Best to disconnect the fuel pump (at the joiner near the pump) and run a set of twin cable from a 12v source directly to the pump. This will tell you if the pump is faulty or not.

If the pump runs, then grab yourself a copy of the wiring diagram (D/L the workshop manual off this website) and trace the power. Now I'm going off memory here, the EA82 uses a weird way of powering the fuel pump. First there is a relay that supplys 12v to the pump, then another relay is connected to the coil (getting sketchy here) and this second relay earths out the pump to makes it run. The wiring diagram will show you all this.

I removed the pump from under it and tested it inside. It pumps once every second or so, is that normal?

should be constant flow if you are supplying power & fuel to it correctly

The facet pumps pulse the fuel at about 2 or 3 pulses a second. So if this pump isn't pulsing correctly, then grab another one and try that first before fitting.

Alright I have a facet universal pump and I'm going to fit it tomorrow since it's a day off from work. One thought occurred to me when I was digging around in the service manual, is it possible that the oil pressure switch is failing or has terminals in need of cleaning?

Since I opened up the dashboard to measure out the electronics I fitted a codelock for the ACC and a start button :P. I already fitted a remote doorlocking system so no keys needed :)

Nice. Does this mean anyone can start your car? Or do you have to disable the immobilzer first?

First there is a switch that acts as the first step that turns on the radio an such and also turns off the ignition relay and therefor the engine. Then there is the codelock with a relay, you have to input the code to turn on the ignition. Then you can turn on the engine with the start button. Actually works quite well. http://www.conrad.com/ce/en/product/191 ... r-8-12-VAC Here is the codelock, it's a kit so it has to be assembled. I mounted it where the 4WD instructional sticker is next to the drive selecting stick.
