Help your loved one stop smoking

My son knew he needed to stop smoking. He'd just seen his father die at 38 from lung cancer. That was the spark that made him realize that smoking could literally kill him. Unfortunately, every time he tried to stop, he would yield to temptation within a few days. I looked at using a nicotine patch and nicotine gum, but didn't want him to use either. For me, it seemed silly to take the same substance that causes the addiction - nicotine.
I searched for a natural and safe method to quit smoking:

How it works?

hm i will check that site out dibs smokes like a chimney ive given up about 2 months ago now maybe more, i was sick of smelling my hair and clothes its a rather stinking smell, dont get me wrong i could light a ciggy up today but im just thinking all the time what it does for me ,people say they smoke because they enjoy it but im not so sure they enjoy waking up in the morning coughing and spitting up shit like my hubby does or coughing while you smoke a cigarette, i had none of those symptoms but watching dibs was enough for me as it was ,anyway enough ranting people only give up when they want to realy its not different to any addiction

Hmmm... constructive spam! Imagine all the subi bits/cars those who smoke could afford if they didn't smoke!

As time goes by you notice it less and eventually not at all , actually you find the smell really repulsive after about 3-4 years .
The danger points short term are moments of stress or elation , have pride in inner strength and you should do well .
