im just got motivated and started fitting a webber carb to my ea82 and have a couple of questions .....no doubt more will follow.
1/ after pulling the original carb and manifold off to fit the set up i bought i noticed that the vacuum advance on the carb needs to plumbed in alas cant remember where the tube from the distributor goes???? any advice as to where the hose goes from the distributor....

2/ power steering pump gets inthe way of the manual choke setup. any advice on this or should i just remove it and not run a choke.

cheers

2/ Run without the choke, I never really needed to use the choke on my old webber'd wagon.

1\ You need to hook up a line from the ported vac ports near backside of carb at its base to the vac advance can on dizzy.

hey bob do you mean its the one that is on the side of the carb itself ? i have a vacuum port that has a hose that goes from the base left hand side to a square part of the carb where i think the float bowl is??? sorry if i sound vague but the carby is something i know sweet FA about. if it is this could i add a T piece and run a hose to the distributor.
if i sound confused ......i amm!
cheers
