fuel pressure?
playing around with the liberty trying to finish getting her ready to go over the pits and i've noticed that when you open the throttle or let it return to idle it seems to stumble for a second then recover... the engine is also showing a knock sensor ecu code and just wondering if they're related..? cheers.

Have you got an after-market pod as the air-cleaner?
I've seen quite a few of these with a hesitation on acceleration then a small pop as they decelerate (back to idle)
how long was the motor sitting before it went into the car?
Once you are sure enough of the set up take it for a drive from one end of the freeway to the other (not at peak hour) that should blow a few of the cobwebs out

You might want to add the fact it has Gas conversion stuff hanging off it...
I have had a similar problem at least twice before... once was a bad MAF sensor and once was a bad O2 sensor. Neither gave me an engine code.
If your still using the same MAF sensor from that L i was doing the conversion wiring on i would suggest trying another known good one just incase.
