RS lib coil pack question
Any one know how to identify which coil pack goes to which plug in the ej20 ?
I know some later model ej20's had one white and one black plastic connectors to plug into but these connectors are all black.
Any idea what would happen if connected to the wrong plug?
cheers

Generally one of the loom plugs on each side will be longer to reach the coil that is further away.
But failing that are these wire colours
Cylinder 1 = Yellow and Red/Green
Cylinder 2 = Yellow and White/Red
Cylinder 3 = Yellow and Blue
Cylinder 4 = Yellow and Light Green

All fixed now,
Had plugs 2 and 4 wrong, it was running ruff as guts (as you would expect) also had a massive amount of smoke bellowing from the back of the turbo for some reason. (possibly unburnt fuel getting through to exhaust and heating up on the hot steel ) i'm not sure but if someone would like to correct me or answer that in more detail as to why all the smoke id be very interested to know.
but all fixed now and running sweet again.
cheers for the help guys
also if anyone needs to know correct cylinder numbers its as follows :
front of car
2----1
4----3
